Ever seen Cake Boss? How about Ace of Cakes? If you have, then you remember sitting there and thinking 'Whoa, I could easily match the work of those trained professionals!'

And so you purchase a tub of fondant and then weep because your hands cannot create cake magic like that of Duff and Buddy. And then you go watch more 40 year old re-runs of a British doctor who travels through space. Well, after watching every episode of every cake-themed show ever, reading every cake book in my local library, and journeying through the scary side of YouTube (And lots and lots of practice!) I have discovered that fondant and I have a never-ending love story.

​I started a little blog I lovingly called 'Nerdache-Cakes' and was amazed by the attention and wonderful compliments it received.
I now use my cake powers for good: Making nerd's cake dreams come true for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, company promotional events and all kinds of celebrations!

Because who else would make that 8-bit wedding cake you wanted but were too afraid to ask your judgmental baker for?
